How we started

This website was initiated by the persistence of my wife Julie Albrecht. 

Julie has been a Dietician/Nutritionist for over 22 years and has seen firsthand, the anguish that so many of her patients go through, sourcing appropriate foods to accommodate their allergies and food intolerances. We’re sure many of you have experienced the frustration of travelling all over town to find the best foods for your family so they can just feel well each day. This website will ease that frustration.

The allergyassist.com website is a simple and personal solution to shopping for a broad range of allergy products. Julie has meticulously gone through each product to be sure it has appropriate ingredients to accommodate your special needs.

We have sourced many products to go on the website and there are many more that we have access to, so, if there is anything that you are looking for in particular, just let us know through our "Request a Product" section and I’m sure we will be able to track it down for you.
